Draw and engineer some of the most beautiful woodwork in the industry. Our engineering team is known for taking impossible architectural designs from dream to reality. From the design assist process to shop drawings our drafting and engineering team collaborates with architects, engineers, craftsmen, and project managers.

Our woodworking and carpentry teams spend their days crafting beautiful, one of a kind custom woodwork. Woodworking positions range from veneer, lumber, milling, assembly woodwork, and finish carpentry. Work with your hands and craft world class wood products. We accept experienced and apprentice woodworkers.

Machinery like CNCs are the future of woodworking. Our projects could not be completed without our CNC machines. Our programming team turns 3D models into real world products. They write the code and tool paths that create so many of our carvings, panels, door casings, and more. CNC programmers are critical to our operation.

One of the things that sets Fetzer apart is our full service veneer room. We stitch, trim, and press all our own veneers. By pressing our own veneers we offer our clients a completely custom final product. We work with veneers of all species and cuts. We offer every option of veneer match including handmade sketch face veneers. Our firm uses veneers to create incredibly beautiful custom pieces.

Our shipping, receiving, and warehousing team keeps our operation flowing. They ensure product is coming through our shop correctly, on time, and without damage. Our shipping and receiving teams coordinate the arrival and departure of all our products while our warehousing team manages storage of product at our 100,000 square foot warehouse.

Our lumber mill processes all of the solid wood that goes through our facility. Lumber is where you'll find saws, planners, and molders. We process lumber of all species and cuts. Most of our work with solids is in trims and moldings. We create custom trims and moldings, often grinding our own knives to suit clients' projects.

Our facility houses a full service, state of the art paint and finish room. We craft custom finishes for all of our projects including proprietary formulas. Our finish room houses a UV curing oven that cures finished pieces in just a few hours. We also have a full automotive spray booth for painted products. Our finish team has an incredible knowledge of color theory, chemistry and wood species.

Our office completes all the essential functions that support our amazing work out on the shop floor. The office covers everything from Estimating, Drafting, Programming, HR, Accounting, Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, and more. Our office team works closely with our shop to make sure all our projects run as smoothly as possible.

Project Management takes a project from a concept in the Sales department to a reality out in the field. Project Managers ensure our work is on time, high quality, and that it matches the client's final vision. Our Project Managers are extremely hans on and typically only manage one project at a time.
